Our Recruitment Process
We follow a transparent recruitment process to identify candidates who align with our values and standards of excellence. Application Submission Candidates submit an online application with a CV and supporting documents. Initial Interview Shortlisted applicants attend an interview (virtual or in person) to assess their experience and suitability. Assessment Stage Candidates may complete a practical task. Teachers deliver a demonstration lesson, while other roles may require assignments or portfolio reviews. Final Interview Successful candidates proceed to a final interview with the school leadership to confirm alignment with the academy’s mission and expectations.
Selection and Notification
All applicants will receive communication regarding the outcome of their application. Successful candidates will be contacted directly with an offer and further onboarding details.
