Admission Requirements and Process
To begin your application at Brookhill Academy, kindly prepare the required documents in soft copy for upload and hard copy for submission to the school. A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate and a Parent/Guardian ID are required to complete the initial application. Additional documents may be submitted as the process continues. Our Admissions Team is available to guide you at every step.
Step 1: Pre-Admission Documents
Applicants are required to provide the following:
Copy of Immunization Certificate (Reception and Preschool only)
Copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate
Copy of Parent/Guardian National ID or Passport
Passport copies and valid permits for non-Kenyan parents and students
Recent passport-size photographs (2 for the student, 1 for each parent/guardian)
Latest school report (certified)
School leaving certificate or clearance letter (for transferring students)
NEMIS and Assessment Number (for CBC learners)
KPSEA results (where applicable)
Step 2: Admission Process
Payment of a non-refundable application fee Student assessment (oral and/or written), conducted at the school or online where applicable Review of assessment results by the School Administration Communication of outcome via email or phone, including an official offer letter if successful Acceptance of the offer by the parent/guardian as instructed Payment of a non-refundable admission fee Final admission confirmed upon completion of the process and payment of full school fees
